Just Found Out You Have Diabetes? It's the Inside Story...

How do you cope with a new diagnosis of diabetes? There's a lot to learn in a short amount of time. You have to eat differently, exercise more, and take new medications. There are new skills to learn, like using a glucometer. And if all that wasn't enough, there are some pretty scary complications to worry about.

It can really help to talk to people who have been there. The Diabetes Forum is a community of people who live everyday with diabetes. Join the discussion. There's a lot to talk about.
